Overview
This policy explains how Coast to Capital Consulting LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as "Coast to Capital," collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit coasttocapitalconsulting.com, submit a contact or funding inquiry, or begin an application through our lending partner. This page is maintained by Coast to Capital and describes our current practices.
Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, business or entity name, and details about the funding you are seeking (such as property type, loan amount, timeline, or project description) that you enter into our contact and inquiry forms.
Referral and usage data: the referral code in your link (for example, a partner code such as ref=wlgfos), the pages you arrive on, and basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type and general location derived from IP address.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or documents on this website. Sensitive underwriting information is collected only inside our lending partner's secure application portal, under that partner's own privacy practices.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate which funding programs may fit your situation, introduce you to appropriate lending partners, communicate with you about your request, attribute referrals to the partner who sent you, keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information with lending partners and third-party lenders when needed to pursue the funding you requested; with referral partners such as The Williams Legacy Group Financial Operating System, limited to what is needed for attribution and servicing; with service providers who host our site, database, and email delivery on our behalf; and when required by law or to protect our rights. Each third party handles your information under its own privacy terms.
Storage, security, and retention
Form submissions are stored in our managed cloud database with access restricted to Coast to Capital and delivered to us by email. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to service your request and to meet recordkeeping, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use browser storage to remember your referral source and whether the site is being viewed inside a partner portal, so your experience stays consistent as you navigate. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
Communications and SMS
When you submit a form and provide your phone number, you consent to be contacted by Coast to Capital Consulting LLC by email, phone, or recurring SMS/text message about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or credit approval. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; you may also use an unsubscribe link or email us. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We will still respond to requests you initiate.
State privacy rights
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights. To exercise a right, email us at the address below.
Where financial products are involved, our lending partners may provide their own privacy notices under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act describing how they collect, share, and protect your financial information; those notices govern the information you provide directly to them.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
Children
The site is intended for business and investment audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party sites, including our lending partner's application portal. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices — please review their policies before submitting information.
